Studio & Booking FAQs
Yes — the mill has its own free parking, though spaces cannot be guaranteed. There are normally 5-6 spaces available, and full parking details will be sent with your booking.

Please let us know when booking if you require any equipment, so we can ensure it is available and set up ready if needed.
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the booking: Eligible for a full refund, less a £5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 10 days and 48 hours before the booking: Eligible for a partial refund, less a £5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking: Non-refundable.
Bookings may be rescheduled once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
You may arrive up to 5 minutes before your booking. All setup and pack-down must be completed within your booked time slot to ensure smooth scheduling. 15-minute early access can be added for £5, giving you time to settle in and bring in equipment, while the studio may still be preparing for your session
The first Paper backdrop is included in your booking. Additional backdrops are £10 each and must be arranged and paid for in advance. If you’d like a colour not currently available, it can be ordered at an additional cost — please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
No - The studio is generally quiet, but the mill houses other businesses, gym and dance school above/below and there is also a martial arts gym next door (limited hours - generally 5-9pm, when they are open you can hear noise and vibrations along the shared wall and floor). If you require minimal sound, please let us know and we can advise the best times to book.
Clients are responsible for any breakages, losses, or damages caused during their booking. Full payment is required for damages, monitored via inspection at the start and end of your session.
No sorry, the studio does not have disabled access.
Yes, there’s a lift.
Please note that the lift doors must be fully closed on all floors for the lift to operate. On occasion it may be required to walk up first and close the doors, then the lift will come down as normal.
CCTV operates in communal areas and entrances for security. It does not operate in private changing rooms.
No, the studio does not have Wi-Fi.
No — bookings do not include a photographer. If you’d like to hire a photographer, model, or MUA to assist with your shoot, please email us and we can help arrange this for you
